Our Magnesium Menstrual Relief Balms have a key ingredient that will help support your period discomfort which is MAGNESIUM!!
Magnesium is essential for alleviating menstrual cramps and significantly improving pre-menstrual symptoms. During the second half of the menstrual cycle, magnesium levels tend to decrease, which may contribute to various PMS symptoms. If you experience irritability, headaches, cramps, and bloating, it may be a sign that your body needs more magnesium.
Massage me onto your lower abdomen (womb) during your menstural cycle to alleviate cramps. Use in a circular, clockwise motion for best results.
Ingredients: Infused Chasteberry (Vitex Agnus-Catus) Coconut Oil, Magnesium, Organic Beeswax, Organic Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Natural Vitamin E & Essential Oils.
All Natural, handmade by me in New Zealand.
Because this is a balm/cream please make sure it is out of direct sunlight and if you have found you have kept it out in a warm area in your house, you can pop back in the fridge to re-set again.

Our return policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand, ensuring compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other relevant consumer laws. This policy extends for a duration of 14 days from the date of purchase. Should 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, we may consider change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis, so please don't hesitate to contact our team for assistance.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with the tamper seal unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. In instances where items were initially sent with free delivery, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount upon processing.

We kindly request that photos of the fault be provided before returning the item, along with confirmation that the product is being used correctly according to our instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with shipping costs included, and credited to your original method of payment.

Decided to try the menstrual balm, I have very irregular periods since having my boy 13 months ago, the cramps can be pretty intense and now being a mum and not being able to lay down with a heatpack, this balm has come in handy, I can pop it on, and go about my busy day, it seriously helps with taking a lot of the edge off the cramps.
