To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with the tamper seal unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with shipping costs included, and credited to your original method of payment.
