This spray comes in a 100ml & a 250ml bottle, perfect for daily application or as needed throughout the day. I personally apply it to my upper body in the morning and lower body in the evening.
Suitable for everyone, not just individuals who are pregnant. However, if you are pregnant, it's advisable to wait until after 12 weeks to start using the spray.
